I finished reading Ruth Reichl’s Tender at the Bone this weekend (I adored it) and was much intrigued by a dish she talks about in the book. Lucky for everyone, the recipe is on her website. And her whole website is pretty wonderful, too. (Ruth Reichl)
Canyon Ranch Pumpkin Crunch
Ingredients 1 cup pumpkin seeds 1 1/2 teaspoons canola oil 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg 1/4 teaspoon allspice 1/2 teaspoon sea salt 2 tablespoons maple syrup 1 1/4 cups dried cranberries
